Pros
Company is profitable and stable and show strong growth for the future. Company has a good company culture and good balance between work and family. Ability to work from home is a plus. Company has a good benefits package.
Cons
Company needs to improve their process on providing raises. Too much emphasis on "what have you done for us lately" when considering raises and forget to soon about the actions that helped to win multi-millions in business and cost savings that is I had not found would have cost the company in the range of a million dollars plus or more. Company has lost the "family" feel from the early days.
