Pros

Opportunity to work across different industries in fast paced, startup environments. Emphasis on celebrity, influencer, in-person and other activations. Free lunches in office and relaxed dress code.

Cons

Senior level colleagues do not have bandwidth or time to devote to professional development of others or general relationship building. Lots of turnover. Stressful environment. Pay is middling. Look at the reviews -- majority of 5 stars come from "interns." Lots of smoke and mirrors here.

-Cool clients -Most people are friendly to work with -Got to sit in on meetings and learn the ins and outs of business

Cons

-Sometimes the people in charge of the intern program were way too busy to be running it and would often put us on the back burner - Some senior level employees weren’t super friendly
