Cons
If you wish to be part of an adult sorority then please join. The girls who were on their Brand side are unnecessarily catty and take themselves way to seriously. Women need to learn to support one another and not bring each other down. Just because they can say they work for high fashion companies they throw their weight around and will not give others a chance. Even if you are putting out great work they will find it necessarily to point out mistakes so that they can say they did - the power struggle at this company is too real. They also stick by ridiculous standards on aspects of the company that should not matter - like internal emails, and internal notes. There is also a TON of drama in and around the company. I truly think that the company has a long way to grow and is not ready for any expansion any time soon.
