      Pros

      Great Place to work - Owners care a lot - Hard work gets noticed, the guys that don't get noticed also. Attendance is important. Benefits are good. Management is always trying to improve.

      Cons

      Pay is low - raises are low - Too much overhead is allowed.

      They are going to basically just ask you to walk through a data solution you have designed and implemented.

      Cons

      Honestly it was a pretty easy round if you have the right experience!

      Pros

      Weekly pay, work parties, bonus checks. They will promote you to foreman without any knowledge or experience.

      Cons

      Nothing but politics. You have to know someone to actually get ahead. If you know someone that means you can stop being productive and still get good raises and good reviews. They pay very poorly but make up for it with a yearly bonus that isn’t really good until you’ve been there a while. Horribly toxic management. The only way you get ahead is by being a cheerleader and a yes man. The moment you think for yourself you get punished.
