      Pros

      No pressure for work, without skill enhancement you can enjoy your life

      Cons

      The company has a lot of internal politics and lacks proper working standards. Hard work and skills are often overlooked — what really matters here is favouritism and flattery. If you’re not willing to engage in office politics, you’ll find it hard to grow or even feel valued. Unfortunately, even HR seems to be involved in this unhealthy culture. Not a good place for genuine professionals who value merit and transparency. If you’re ready for constant buttering and politics, then Derrick is definitely the right organization for you.

      They are going to basically just ask you to walk through a data solution you have designed and implemented.

      Honestly it was a pretty easy round if you have the right experience!

      Pros

      Weekly pay, work parties, bonus checks. They will promote you to foreman without any knowledge or experience.

      Cons

      Nothing but politics. You have to know someone to actually get ahead. If you know someone that means you can stop being productive and still get good raises and good reviews. They pay very poorly but make up for it with a yearly bonus that isn’t really good until you’ve been there a while. Horribly toxic management. The only way you get ahead is by being a cheerleader and a yes man. The moment you think for yourself you get punished.
