Manipulative, condescending and sneaky! Don't worry about getting anything in writing, as it won't matter, contracts mean nothing here. Office morale was awful, turnover of employees was like nothing I had ever seen in such a small business, and that is quite telling in itself.

the work culture was abysmal, i had cried at work so many times from bullying, manipulation or overhearing people talk about me from made up rumours. if you are a service provider goodluck they have favourites and if you are anything else watch your back and i hope your mental is ok and they aren’t overworking you. the company won’t be around for long as they are already not doing well.
