      Pros

      They put in the time to really ask for what you want and get it for you. While most contracting companies are only looking to make a profit off of you, Derflan tries to get the best for you always. Even better, they want you to get roles that you truly will thrive in.

      Cons

      Most of the roles are remote which is great for some but not so great if you need that in person experience

      Pros

      Women-owned, remote options. The account managers are some of the best people I've worked with and they actually care about their employees. They are very giving and won't hesitate to advocate on your behalf

      Cons

      It is mostly contract work and you're at the mercy of the client.
