One of the chalenges of working at at Dependable Cleaners, is that there is no set schedule for the employees who work on the production, Your time to leave work depends on the daily volume. Another challenge, is the block out dates for vacation. Sometimes you might want to request a vacation in a certain time, but the company doe not allow vacation at the period due to high volume.
