Not great - UC review Department for Work And Pensions Employee Review

Even though flexible working is available and is part of their policy, after I started they said it wasn’t. When I decided the role and environment wasn’t for me and handed in my notice, they tried to push me out early. The contract says both have to give a month’s notice. They wanted me to leave within a week. I told them I can’t start my new role in a week and will be left without an income. They didn’t care. You would think DWP would care about things like that considering they’re always pushing people on benefits to look for work.
