Pros

Small team that work closely together so you can learn all the inner workings of a magazine. Schedule can be flexible as long as work is done on time for deadlines. Recognizes talent and hires on interns. The team has very talented individuals putting together a high quality magazine, Supportive workplace where you have the space to be creative, learn new skills, and collaborate on ideas.

Cons

As a small company doing big things, there are times where there is a lot of work to be done with a small team and budget.

Pros

I would not even leave 1 star. The only pro was experience designing a monthly and quarterly magazine.

Cons

Bullies, narcissists, micro-management, plagiarists, and publisher is a little too "friendly"....
