Cons
Like all these reviews, yes this is a scam! I didn’t believe it until actually getting to the second interview. All this company is, is a door to door business salesperson, as in a door solicitor. They manage T-Mobile accounts and that’s it. They might as well be t-mobile themselves. This job should not be tricking graduates that this is an account manager or marketing job. It was cringey watching the employees bother business owners and being turned downed multiple times. Their entire pay is based off of compensation made off of door soliciting. If employees do not reach those sales, the pay is LESS than minimum wage. Mind you, this is a 9-10 hour work day. If you like sales and getting in peoples faces to switch over to an average phone carrier, this is for you. Anyone else, believe me it’s a scam. I should’ve known it was a bad sign walking in that there were less than 10 employees and 2 of them were brand new/in training. It was very staged as well at first to make interviewees feel comfortable and that they are more than door soliciting. ALSO in their front office, they have a plaque for being a BBB accredited business. GOOGLE IT they are NOT according to the BBB website. ALL fake. UPDATE: this company may no longer exist because of these reasons.
