      Nice brand for your CV especially if you're a recent grad, pay is somewhat okay among the industry, smart coworkers, nice office

      Very long hours even during weekend, they don't have a clear KPI and job descriptions are still in the grey area. Career growth is so slow in comparison to other firms & lack of transparency
