Pros
Quality Products, Reasonable Prices, Great group of dedicated and hardworking people. I will miss our sales team most of all. We had a great relationship of support and improvement going. Huge potential.
Cons
Company values and culture different than American companies. Compensation and benefits on the low end. Fun is not a part of work. Founders family politics in upper management will show up in strange places, and skewer decision making. Who is the real boss? What are the real issues? What are the really important metrics? Why can't certain things change? Good questions. You are not, and will never be, an equal.
