Fake job/internship titles, recruiting students as interns to pump their crypto transaction volume on their crypto-trading programme, also forcing them to put in their own money in case they are unable to secure a client for investment. They are making interns handle portfolios of clients without any sort of Series licenses or NISM licenses. Compensation is not given cash but it's rather given on the crypto trading platform where you are supposed to trade that balance and withdraw after you reach a certain amount of amount cash balance in USD.
