Pros

I dont write reviews, I keep myself to myself - but its important to highlight the following after seeing 6 positive reviews in 24hours. The CEO will break this company - He does not have the experience to run this business, or any business for that matter. This is evident by the way he treats the staff. If he hears an objection or constructive feedback he uses his "power" to get them out. The "positive" reviews have come out of fear for their jobs and prompted by the SLT - imagine working with that cloud of anxiety. Think before you apply for a job. Keep checking the company website - wait until the CEO has been given his marching orders and ONLY then, would it be worth a shot, because as a whole, the product and those within it are a good people.

Cons

Poor CEO Communication Management Structure

Pros

Working with Densitron was the best experience of my post graduate life. - Work/life balance is incredible. - Management cares enough to check in and help when needed. - Stability 110% as we strived through the pandemic. - Friendly/fun but at the same time professional environment. - Great pay if you perform to mutual expectations. - Company outings regularly and team building experiences. - International/domestic travel to trade shows and other events. - Plenty of opportunities to advance. - Great group CEO with a desire to help you WIN. - ETC…

Cons

Pros

Previously there was a team that built up the Foundation of the Business and worked hard to stabilize and grow the Company.

Cons

It got acquired and the current leadership started pushing out all previous personnel that helped build the business foundations, and started treating supply chain partners as expendable shops. They started building a new team and partners who would worship the higher ups and serve them as the colonizers/royalty that they think they are.
