      Pros

      This was a good work experience for someone interested in higher education from a practical standpoint.

      Cons

      There was a really abusive culture in which people were given feedback in an unprofessional and abusive manner. I was personally yelled at once by someone above me. It was very toxic unfortunately.

      Pros

      Learned a lot while I was still a student. The team was fantastic, super friendly.

      Cons

      The pay was in par with everything else on campus - wasn't higher despite the higher bar of the job.

      Good pay, with very active campus life

      Cons

      No formal infrastructure for mentoring visiting professors. I was held on four four years in a series of one year contracts, which, in retrospect, could have been consolidated into multi-year contracts
