Denials Management has tons of room for growth and chances to expand your knowledge in the insurance industry. They work based off of integrity and honesty and you can truly see that in their work. Out of network, Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse claims are hard to get processed by insurance companies, but the employees here try their hardest every single day to make sure the families they work for get the reimbursement they are owed and ultimately help these kids stay in the facilities and getting the help they need. We are very dedicated to their families and help them out in whatever ways possible. As a growing company, there is a lot of change in processes and workflows, but as long as you are comfortable with change and can adapt, the work is great. They are not tolerant of negativity or gossiping, which makes it a very comfortable environment to work in. They have great benefits, including pet insurance, free soda and snacks on Fridays, free coffee everyday and potlucks all the time.

Benefits could be better, but since the company is growing, the benefits are getting better.
