      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. The owner truly cares about customers and employees, and it shows.

      Cons

      As with any remote job, social needs can be hard to meet in a home work space. Opportunities are made for teamwork and employee relationship building though!

      You control your schedule. Can choose to go back to offices or not.

      Cons

      Sometimes you won't get booked for over a week. Hard to get hired due to them charging the office $1500 if they try to hire you within 1 year
