      Pros

      Fair pay if you apply yourself and run it like it's yours. You will get what you give, sooner if you seek out resources readily available to you without being told.

      Cons

      24/7 schedule can be tough if employees are not managed properly, and constant readiness monitoring as far as staffing levels.
