Pros

I worked for mikes mobile for almost 2 years and they made some really big steps in the right direction. They're paying their techs more, started a PTO policy and put a lot more effort into training the technicians. It's a growing company and I think they've transitioned into a normal company now. The place is a much better company to work for than when I started and I think those improvements will keep coming.

Cons

No health benefits, long days in the east Bay

Pros

Wish there were any, but alas, it’s a miserable terrible environment.

Cons

In my 20 years in the workforce, this is by far the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Would give a 0 stars if possible. Some background: I have an MBA and 13 years of sales experience. This company doesn’t know what it’s doing and I would not be shocked if it didn’t exist in a few months. They screwed employees out of thousands of dollars and they are under investigation from multiple agencies. Current employees that work there are suing them. Don’t work for them, don’t buy their products. You will regret it. I was sent to the hospital 2x in a year and a half working for them. They defrauded me on workman’s comp for my first injury. Oh yeah then there’s the homophobic and racist jokes made in meetings.
