      Pros

      Great salary. Co-workers care about you. Very responsive and attentive to your needs. Great coaching and worker investment. Great professional development and training. The only organization I've worked were people, staff, and supervisors live up to their values.

      Cons

      No cons, but if one delta is needed: more Latino, Latina, Latinx Senior Leadership outside of Development and Human Resources.
