      Pros

      Amazing product that evolves really fast. A lot of growth potential and being able to design the future of Sales first hand.

      Cons

      Rather small team. Makes the company super efficient but you can't really lean back, which is how it supposed to be. But at least some better coverage during holidays would make sense

      Pros

      Demodesk is an amazing group of people. It's an incredibly diverse team from over 20 countries. They're doing some really cool work with establishing a few core global hubs, but also remote friendly.

      Cons

      We move at a very fast pace, which is tough if you're not used to startups. But most of us are here for that reason :)

      Pros

      I joined Demodesk 1 month ago and didn't have any regrets since then. What I love the most is that how diverse the team is, employees are from all around the world. From day one I felt super welcomed and I was getting all the support that I needed. Even though I started working remotely, the onboarding was handled very well. I love the product and our mission. There is so much opportunity for growth and success. Joining a start-up was definitely a right choice, there is so much to learn from the team. I am excited to put all my hardwork into the growth of this company.

Now that the covid pandemic is less prominent, we have implemented a new cadance that includes more face time (on-site onboardings, quarterly events, company offsites,...) in order to improve relationships and enhance your employee experience.
