Pros
Steady work, normal working hours. Average compensation, decent benefits. Competitive company that increased in size each year.
Cons
Many changes in management. Not much helpful interaction from management. Promotion from within not a priority. More of a "keep your head down so you don't get blamed" environment. Company was bought out and owner left so things may have changed. I hope so.
