Employees work together as a team.
Cons
Executives are the rudest and most inconsiderate people I have ever been around. They yell at employees and each other. I have never seen any workplace like this. They need some type of training, however that will not happen because they are the executives. Thought it would get better with new ownership but it hasn't.
