Joining Demand Local for the role of Growth Marketing Manager was a huge step forward in my career. The interview process was very holistic in determining my best capabilities and passions; I can’t thank the leadership team enough for enabling me to sculpt out this role. It’s been a rewarding journey since I started working with the team. I truly enjoy the autonomy I’ve been given, as it allows me to take full-ownership and motivates me to perform at my best. Everyone I’ve met so far is extremely knowledgeable and polite to talk to. I’ve met some of the smartest and most humble colleagues I’ve ever worked with. The environment and culture here is very friendly and supportive. While it hasn’t been long since I started here, I sincerely believe Demand Local is and will continue to be a solid growth environment empowering my career advancement.
