Pros
Upper Management truly cares about its employees. You are encouraged to take on new responsibilities. Slowly embarrassing lean manufacturing and six sigma. Good people and great company to work for.
Cons
Product Engineering VP seems to be only concerned about new products for large customers on the DEMA Engineering side of the house. Engineering resources are thin on the Standard Machine side of the business. Horrible starting vacation time off. Lower end of base salary range.
