Great workplace with supportive leaders and no cons - Sharepoint Developer Delviom Employee Review

Everything that I can think of. Boss, perks, benefits, flexibility and most importantly - empathy. I know not a company that personally cares for you as much as they do here. You have a free hand as long as you know what you are doing. Always open for ideas.

Absolutely none that I can come up with even if I force myself.

1) The job is most likely the least stressful one I had in the past 10 years. 2) The customers are friendly and easy to communicate with them. 3) The actual work performed may be the easiest that I ever experienced.

1) Working in Tysons is not the best place to work with the traffic as it usually takes me ~10-15 minutes to go ~.5 miles down the road just to get on 66 E where I am usually leaving here by 4:30pm on the earlier side of rush hour. Leaving any later adds much more time to my commute. 2) I work in the "Toilet Bowl" building where the air quality is horrific even with 2 air quality enhancers running all the time and one of them is ~10 feet away from my cube.
