      Everyone in in this company is tops in their field technically. A really collegial culture. You have the freedom to do your work without unnecessary bureaucracy that you experience in large organizations. A great place to grow a career quickly with like minded peers.

      Sometimes we could implement a bit more process.

      Pros

      I enjoy working here for the friendly coworkers, and the flexibility in hybrid. The team really values work life balance, and the people are great.

      Cons

      Not the clearest communication from management, and not the best benefits. No sick days, no 401k match, limited holidays.
