      Pros

      Delve was my dream company for many, many years. There are so many insanely talented and cool people. There are pockets of beauty of inspiration.

      Cons

      - The path to promotion was elusive and continually shifting - Inconsistent workload (consulting will always be highs and lows, but balance was not encouraged) - Lack of transparency - Lack of mentorship and professional growth - Very little diversity - Multiple layoffs

      Pros

      great work to life balance flexibility, no arbitrary required day in the office, only for collaboration and client engagement and great work diversity where I always learn new things, new technologies, new manufacturing techniques. Compensation is fair.

      Cons

      It is a fast paced environment which may not be for everyone but that's pretty much the case for every consulting firm.
