      Simple job, plenty of time to enjoy outside of work

      Flawed business model, dealing with a very hard to sell product. Company does not listen to feedback from customers or employees, and is more focused on rebuttals than solutions.

      Gold standard product that fits unique market shift/recognition of change in practice for evidence based improved patient care. Excellent focus on education and support. Small company management dynamics for open door policy and wide open opportunity. Very positive team culture. Well respected by KOL and recognized for outstanding evidence and innovation to approach to improved hemodynamic management.

      Cons

      Small company with limited resources particularly in marketing. Greatest challenge is to have growth of sales and education team keep up with opportunities.
