Pros

- Learning opportunities for freshers only. - Seniors are supportive.

Cons

- Long work hours i.e. 10 hours. HR will not send you any email but warn you in person if you leave before time. - Managers are not supportive. They will show gratitude in front of you but will not support you in front of higher management at the time of increment and other issues. - Three months notice period. It doesn't matter if you have any work or not. They will stretch your notice period for 3 months. - No outdoor activity. No Bonus. No Diwali. - They deducted 95% of the employee bonus giving illogical reasons. - Only 12 CL and 6 sick leaves. No Eid holiday, reason : no Muslim employee is in the company. This was very rude. - HR will never show you company policy and cut your salary on the basis of it. But any rule can be implemented stating "Company Policy".

Pros

- Some people are good and friendly.

Cons

- Office is cramped and dirty - Poor salary - Favouritism is there in hikes, bonuses, kind of works given, rules etc - No emphasis on tech quality, hardly any learnings - Stressful environment due to extremely tight delivery schedules - No encouragement to people who want to try something new, everything is legacy - Management behaves as if employees are their slaves, totally abusive culture - While leaving the company, management tries to settle grudges by not releasing even if no work is there - Forced to work even on holidays, very less number of leaves too - Some seniors have an attitude as if they have won Turing award while hardly possessing any knowledge
