      1. Lots of things to learn. 2. Work as full stack. 3. Ceo/cto is nice and helpful. 4. Team leads and people you will be working with are amazing.

      Cons

      1. Salary is low compared to other companies. 2. 20% of your ctc will be bonus which has to be returned if you leave the company next year. 3. Working hours can be longer than you expect.

      Good clients to work with & opportunity to work with different departments. You also get to wear multiple hats at times since it has a startup like environment

      Cons

      Low salary which tends to attract below average talent. Poor work life balance.
