Too much workload, bad management.

There is so much to learn and grow. Open to any opportunity you want but need to be open about what you want to. Teamwork was really valued here. Value "study and grow" where you are encourage to study and grow yourself.

Fast paced environment which could be a pros also if you are able to keep up with it and there's always people for you to rely on when teaching. Salary a bit slow but you are open to tell your concern about it. Usual company problem sometimes but not going to effect you much.
