The pto could be longer

Good learning opportunity since its a small CRO

1. No Job security 2. No structure in teams and hierarchy 3. Few 2-3 people call the shots 4. No goal setting 5. No clarity in the expectations 6. International students / candidates: if you are selected have a look out for a new role if you are a intern or contractor- they will terminate your contract in a Flash and will be logged out of all the possible places. (I had remote work)
