Upper level support is excellent and resources are always available with an open door common goal approach to any problem. The size of our company makes it easy to cross paths on a weekly basis with many of the key players.

New products developed and distributed with out real world critique and feedback from actual targeted users. Developers write programs that are either totally useless to the general user or they are so broad based you end up modifying each one to fit the departmental needs. Working exclusively for an airline as their IT provider is not self sustaining due to the volatility of the industry.
