Can't really think of any downsides,

Great place to work. Feels like a family run business. Implementing forward thinking strategies and client centric model. The previous reviewer must have left before I started. I have 25 years experience and I think the communication is working in this company. I am able to suggest ideas and upper management is listening. New ideas from other employees are being addressed and worked into improving the internal communication. Cross training and external training is being implemented.

Legacy projects not properly managed caused stress both internally and externally. These projects are now gone. Replaced by solid work and clients.
