Pros
From the graduate's to the MD and top management, everyone is approachable and willing to help. If you show pick up things quickly and show that you are trustworthy you will be given lots of responsibility. Going to networking events & training courses is actively encouraged. You also get to travel around the different offices for internal training.
Cons
Salary cannot compete with the large companies however my job satisfaction makes up for it. Extra hours may be required sometimes (if you do site works) however the staff are generally understanding and reasonable.
