      Pros

      Very casual environment, cool coworkers, fun early Fridays at local spots for happy hour pretty often, awesome founder who is very passionate about what he builds. Good pay; bonus profit share for all employees.

      Cons

      CEO is borderline abusive and has very questionable integrity. Very much a startup company even 4 years in; no real structure to their systems which can be confusing and really bad for growth.

      Pros

      The hemp and cannabis industries are taking off which offers growth opportunities like no other industry. The company is expanding and adding jobs to Sonoma County. The pace is fast, there are career advancement opportunities, and the products are made in California.

      Cons

      The industry is new and can be chaotic which can be a challenge as priorities change and emergencies arise. The pace is not for the weak of heart!
