Goal driven, owners support your progress, typical pay, old fashioned methods. CEO is an amazing lady that inspires you to be your best. She was more than fair to me. I enjoyed working for her very much.

Coworkers talk bad about everyone behind their back. It creates a very unhealthy workspace. Office staff take advantage of the owners. As soon as the bosses step out of the office, the employees with the most seniority stop working and start gossiping and talking sh¡t. Very bad for moral. They want a team but if you don't get on that negativity bus you won't last there long. They're a bunch of bullies. Not nice at all. And no, I'm not overly sensitive. I'm just not a jerk and didn't fit in.
