Very organised and systematic company, HR is very good and cooperative
Cons
Our CFO is bit critical person, he often threaten to sack to all the employees working under him, which is not good all the time, any employee, if they do mistake should get another opportunity to rectify himself. Increment rate is also very poor, only 10% for the maximum performer
