it was an opprtunities to develop my capabilities & qualifications and to establish a marketing strategy to a new secort from the scratch and this was a very good reason to join at that time (8 years a go!!)
Cons
many major changes have taken place at delta pharma at the level of senior managers, CEO and board of directors with many inernal conflicts that had very bad impact on internal & external customers with decline in performance of the whole organization.
