- Flexible 30 minute start blocks - Decent pay and easy to get a job at as there is such high turnover

- Have to clock in perfectly on time or expected to work extra - Timed lunch breaks - Cannot leave building at all apart from lunch - No hybrid working - Very poor and unknowledgable senior management, HR is not help Company has no respect for employees, the office is an incredibly toxic environment. No benefits, senior leadershipi views employees as dirt, unpaid overtime is expected and not rewarded. No rewards or bonuses for good work or a good year of profit, never a thanks or a show of appreciation. Incompetence of senior management is shocking, company expects you to do numerous jobs that are completely unrelated to what you were hired for.

Excellent working environment Great team building events (3 in last 6 months - submarine museum in Gosport, basket ball competition and latterly, team building afternoon full of fun events yesterday) Competitive salaries Flexible start and finish times Reasonable benefits Profitable Company that is expanding year on year
