1) The $20 late fee has not been in place after the restructuring. Rule has been eradicated since Summer 2016. 2) Overtime is offered and allowed on an as-needed basis. 3) The job is a call center job, excessive socializing not allowed while on floor. 4) Nobody has been laid off or fired without proper write-ups and documentation of justifiable cause (never due to pay rate). Delta Mechanical, Inc restructured back in later 2015, we have been able to overcome a lot of obstacles and we were able to pin point the flaws within the processes and have been able to get them correct. As a company that has been in business for many years, we have many employees who have been with us for years and have been through the ups and downs with the company. We value all of our employees, even long term employees. There is always room for growth and expansion, if you take pride in your position and you are a good worker; you will always be eligible to move forward.
