      Managers and Supervisors lie to Upper Management to make their departments look good when in fact they are in a shambles. For employees to be promoted some go along with the "lying game".

      Overly ambitious to the point that they promise over double what they have the staff for on more than one occasion. From a Technical perspective expect to have next to no documentation to work off of as it's all tribal knowledge for a lot of things
