Pros
Loyalty to their employees, no one is written up (even when they screw up badly), it is hard to get fired (even when people should be), and medical benefits are paid for by company however the co-pays are terrible.
Cons
Hard to get fired, this means you have people who continuously mess up and are still employees. Lack of growth unless you are favorited by staff or corporate. Some managers are harder on their employees but none of the other managers care for their employees. From what I have seen from the corporate level, it trickles down as some employees can get away with passing along their responsibilities and take the credit for the work.
