      They are very flexible with the new topic of work-life balance. Almost every role (as of Jan 2022) has the option to be entirely in person, entirely remote, or hybrid. The team is supportive, diverse, and enjoy doing fun activities together. Their current culture also encourages no meetings after noon on Fridays. Their industry is also doing extremely well right now with the housing marketing booming.

      Cons

      A con of working at Delta Faucet in marketing is the de-centralized marketing team. Their organizational hierarchy is by channel, so the retail marketing team has low communication with the e-commerce marketing team. It's inefficient for budgeting and communication in general.

      Delta Faucet Company has a genuinely strong culture. People are collaborative, approachable, and willing to help, which makes it easy to ask questions and do good work. Colleagues are knowledgeable without being territorial, and teamwork feels authentic rather than forced. Work/life balance is respected, with an understanding that people have commitments outside of work. The company comes across as caring and people‑focused, not purely driven by short‑term metrics. Benefits are solid and competitive, and there’s a sense of stability that adds to the overall positive experience. I’ve been happy with my decision to come here and feel that my work is valued.

      None, really. Delta Faucet is SO much better than my previous employer that it's hard to find fault.
