Pros
Good people, with some good training. They start with the essentials and work upwards in their teaching of electric distribution systems.
Cons
Very low salary compared to others in the same field. No certifications through the department of labor for linemen. An employee will have to use the knowledge as stand alone due to this lack of certification.
