      Pros

      The employees are very professional and always helpful. I was laid off recently and they found me a permanent position within two weeks. All communication was precise and accurate. Overall I'm very satisfied with my experience with this company!

      Cons

      Some positions are only contract but they'll find what's best for you as an individual. Sometimes they may not have a position available but they keep you updated.

      Pros

      If you’re a Caucasian woman that fits their boutique style culture you will be placed at a top tier employer.

      Cons

      If you’re a person of color or of Hispanic descent, you will more than likely be placed on the back burner until they have something mediocre to offer you. It seems like all the higher earning jobs are reserved for their hand selected “boutique style” group of women.
