      22 hrs from the house and travel to and from home takes away R&R time and cost of flights is high.

      Very accomodating to personal schedules. They offer rotations and treat you fairly

      Cons

      Oilfield job. The volatility of the entire industry is the only real downside. if you haven’t been employed long enough to lock down a key role, when times get tough you’ll be layed off
