Pros
Cool team members, can make good money, construction is a great industry
Cons
While the majority of the people who work there are really cool, the fun of that fades quickly when you realize you work for the largest egotistical maniac on earth. You'll tell yourself you can look past it because you care for your teammates, but inevitably you will fall victim to a brutal curse out, defamation of character, or blatant discrimination. You'll have to deal with micromanagement by a CEO who doesn't even know how to use the basic tools of the company. You'll be made to believe that any idea you bring to the table is not good enough, while the reality is the employees are running the place at this point. The CFO, conveniently his wife, will listen to him call employees names, curse them out, and berate you like I wouldn't expect from my worst enemy. While the income can be good, you'll get constant reminders of how well you are doing for your age. Additionally, after every traumatic experience they'll throw money at you in an attempt to buy your silence & trust. One would think you'd treat the people fueling your entire families income with a bit more respect and dignity. BTW if you're a good Recruiter most firms are paying 40%+ commissions...32.5 is pennies these days. There are many companies out there where you can make great money and be treated with respect.
